Our July 4th started with a bang at the WLYC breakfast.
Nani topped all holiday decorations with a singing and waving flag, which Shawn loved!
Inseperable!
Then off to the Centerville Parade. While getting out of the car, Molly lost her second tooth in one week!
Molly didn't want to ride, she wanted to wear a sash, and blow bubbles. I just happened to be Miss Centerville long ago............and NO, this was NOT my idea!
Shawn could not wait to decorate and ride his bike, now that he knew how to ride it!
When the parade was over, it was just too hot for the running races. We headed back to the club to cool off.
Matthew and Jack went out knee boarding with friends for two hours! They had so much fun and made some new friends.
Molly practiced her dive that she learned from swim team this week.
All the cousins must have jumped off the dock 100 times today.
Nani, practicing her "smile."
Nana got on the boat right after her breakfast and stayed there all day, not even needing a nap! She said she just wasn't tired a bit. Here she is getting ready to watch the fireworks!!!!
We're ready for the fireworks too!
Of course Nani has more toys for night time.
With the kids getting older, it is getting easier for all of us to enjoy ourselves. I hardly saw Jack or Matthew, they were having too much fun with their friends. Every now and then they would check in and I caught this sweet moment with my Chub. Nana did a good job taking this picture, her finger was just out of the way!
