Batman and Batgirl Have Arrived

Molly and Shawn have been playing Batman non-stop! Tonight we made a costume for Molly from the dress ups downstairs and my leather gloves. She is so excited, she wants to sleep in it! What happened to my princess girl????

Sleepover with the Slow Fredos

Thankfully Auntie Kristen rallied and we were able to make the sleepover/ice skating party happen. We drove up on a moment's notice and the kids were able to have a scrimmage that night! The "First Born's" against the "Leftovers." Not sure who won, but they all came in so sweaty.

Meanwhile, the little ones were playing so well together. They played "Toy Story", Shawnie was Buzz, Molly was Jessie and Avery was Barbie. Soon it was time for bed.

The older ones watched a movie and then settled in..............well around midnight they "settled in."
The next morning it was the little ones' turn for a free skate.

They were short lived, as expected, and the older ones began a shootout.

Lastly, we felt like we were in Antartica as we were surrounded by piles and mounds of snow. They even had their own sledding hill in the backyard.
We left in such a rush that we forgot Shawn's winter coat. Good thing Avery had an extra......He didn't care that it was pink!
Matthew and Jack were so excited to finally play in the snow we have been hearing so much about.
Thanks again for such a great time!

Bowling with Pa Fredo

What a great day we had with Pa Fredo. The kids had a blast bowling, (Shawnie's first time).

Jack was more concerned with his mph on the screen than accuracy.

Matthew had a smile on his face even though he was beaten by Shawn's score.

Molly started out slow with the "between the legs" technique..........

....and ended up desiging her own "run and throw" style.

Shawn was hysterical as he waited and waited and waited for his ball to make it down the lane. Pa Fredo taught him how to wave it and wish it toward the middle.

NH with the Gauthiers

Mt. Cranmore was so beautiful. We had not skiied so high up before. The boys did great and even tackled some legitimate black diamonds by the end of the day.

I think Matthew was the only one to ride the quad by himself all day!
Playing in the snow at Drew's "summer house." Tubing

The kids loved the Snow Coaster!

Just being together was the best part.
Molly and Dada were inseperable.......
......and Shawnie gave out so many kisses.
Cheers to a great memory with family and friends!
