Girls Cheer Weekend....and more!

Our weekend escape started with Molly getting comfy in the car for a long ride.
Our first stop was at the fancy nursing home to visit auntie Phil with Doe Doe.
then lunch at McDonald's with Penny the pig.
Here we go! Go 3CA!
We got third place! That is a big victory for us… Not last!!!!
 Pool time!
Then a late dinner of chicken wings in bed. It doesn't get any better than this!
This morning I awoke to Molly cartwheeling all around the hotel room. Then she proceeded to clean up the whole room making all the beds. Why doesn't she do this at home??
We had some time before the competition started....so we hit the mall.
And ate at the Rainforest Cafe....what a treat!

Today's competition was a fundraiser for a cheerleader with cancer.  Molly and  Hailey are writing messages on a banner for her.

 Kate's turn!

 You are fearless!!!

It was Molly's lucky day.....she won the candy basket raffle....
....and tickets to the IMAX Theater...
,,,,and her team won FIRST PLACE!!!
MEANWHILE..............while we were gone.......Shawn had his hockey banquet.
He won the "Playmaker" award for the strongest passing and the best assists.

Also, JACK and MATTHEW played Duxbury to end the season and tied 3-3.  They were both named co-champs of the league.  I wish I had a picture of them to round out this post.  They now begin playoffs for the South Shore Conference Championship.  Fingers crossed during each game.  Go Matthew!  Go Jack!

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON PRICKLES

Well, we took her to the vet and she is in fact a girl.  She is about a year old and does not have a chip. However, they think she might be pregnant!!!!  Oh my!  She will have an ultrasound at the MSPCA on April 4th.  Meanwhile, she is making herself comfortable. She is so friendly and loves to cuddle....unlike Lucy.  Lucy and her are getting along great, so far.
